- Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email.
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns.
- If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.

I loved the concept of photo book with personal comments for every photo. I bought it for my husband. For his birthday. The overall look was really great. The quality of the prints, the book, the binding and packaging was really remarkable.It allows a person or persons or family to be celebrated. It is a very beautiful gesture to hold on to memories of love and life. I got it way ahead of the birthday and I was unable to keep the photo book with me. I wanted to give it and see his reaction. But, I did not let the cat out of the bag till the day actually came.

It was really good. Only one input that I feel would make it better is that - please have a draft section/option so that we can get back to where we have left while editing. Its a really precious thing to have so it cant be completed in one go. Apart from this its really good. Loved it!
