Shipping & Returns
- We produce your pieces of Odd Giraffe only upon receiving your order (especially for you).
- Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email.
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns.
- If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.
- To allow us to assist you, please email support@oddgiraffe.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
