Shipping & Returns
- We produce your pieces of Odd Giraffe only upon receiving your order (especially for you).
- Once printed and dispatched, they make their way to you via our shipping partners and the tracking details are shared with you on email.
- Due to the personalised nature of our products, we don’t typically accept returns.
- If you’re not happy with your order please let us know within 3 days of receipt of the parcel.
- To allow us to assist you, please email support@oddgiraffe.com with clear photographs if applicable, as this will help us work out a resolution for you as quickly as possible.

Really nice photobook, got it as a gift for my grandmom. High quality and very easy to make it online (just remember to click "save" every so often, otherwise you might lose your progress if something happens.. wish there was an autosave feature). Other than that, would definitely use again
